    With over 30 years in the construction industry, Julia leads Dynamic Building & Energy Solutions full-time with a focus on precision, organization, and financial oversight. Her background as a controller has given her the tools to manage operating budgets, contracts, labor relations, and—most critically—project cost control. Her hands-on leadership ensures each project is run with fiscal responsibility and efficiency.

    Craig brings 18 years of experience in construction material procurement, estimating, and project installation. His background includes serving as a project manager and installation manager for both commercial and residential construction projects. Craig is a certified technician through the Building Performance Institute and actively manages multiple state energy conservation programs. At DBE, he leads project management, cost control, and contractor coordination with a focus on timely, budget-conscious delivery.

  • Senior Project Executive
    Rick has managed more than $100 million in construction projects across Connecticut. His background includes project management for clients such as Yale University, Pfizer, Miles Pharmaceuticals, and Dart Kraft Corporation. Rick began his career as a chief estimator for two of Connecticut’s most respected general contractors and founded DBE Construction Group in 1987. His leadership in both public and private sector projects adds significant value to every phase of construction planning and execution.
